St Francis Catholic College offers a vibrant Choir program that encourages students to develop their musical talents, build confidence, and share their voices with the community.

Open to a wide range of students, our program features two distinct ensembles tailored to different age groups:

• JYL Choir (Years 3 and 4): Directed by Miss Eloise Autard, this group introduces our younger students to the joys of choral singing and performing together.
• MYL Choir (Years 5 to 8): Led by Joanne Griffin, this ensemble allows our middle-year students to further refine their vocal skills and tackle engaging new repertoire.

Our choirs play an integral role in both the spiritual and cultural life of the College and the wider Edmondson Park community. The JYL Choir, in particular, has proudly represented St Francis at numerous high-profile and special events. Highlights of their performances include:

• Ed Square Opening Casted on The Sunrise Morning Show
• The spectacular Arts After Dark Production
• Joyous festive Christmas Productions
• Regular College Assemblies
• Leading the community in song during Parish and College Masses
• A special honor performing for the Bishop during the College Building Blessing

Whether raising their voices in celebration, enriching our liturgies, or bringing the community together through the power of music, the St Francis Catholic College Choir provides an uplifting and rewarding experience for all involved.
