After our Parent Orientation Night, we had a number of parents requesting that we extend our Out of School Hours Care service from 6:00pm until 6:30pm.

I am pleased to inform you that Catholic Care has agreed to do this. OOSH Care will be provided in our Air Conditioned College Hall onsite at Oran Park. Morning sessions will commence at 6:30am and run until 8:15am where students will be given 5 minutes to go to the toilet before classes commence at 8:20am.

OOSH Carers will gather students for afternoon sessions which will commence at 3pm and conclude at 6:30pm. Catholic Care have committed $30,000 to the purchase of toys and equipment for the establishment of St Francis OOSH Care service.

All classrooms are now in position. Data, power and water have been connected. The public address system & security systems are currently being installed.

Delivery and installation of classroom furniture is expected a week before Christmas. The first of two toilet blocks are also now in place and currently being hooked up to sewerage & water lines.

Our College Reception building is now being painted. Delivery and installation of office furniture is expected on the 21st & 22nd of November. Our team hope to be operating out of the office from Wednesday 23rd.

The completion of our brand new Hall and Staff Facilities is progressing very well and we were told last week to expect delivery ahead of schedule with an early December date likely for the Hall and mid December date likely for the Staff Study & Common Room.
