St. Francis Catholic College is an exciting new partnership between the Diocese of Wollongong and Edmund Rice Education Australia. The College will serve the rapidly developing community of Edmondson Park, neighbouring regions and the parish of Mary, Mother of Church, Macquarie Fields. St Francis Catholic College aims to meet the needs of this rapidly developing growth centre by establishing co-educational classes K-7 in 2017.
We are expecting strong demand. This is a unique opportunity to have your children educated in a Catholic community that will work with families from pre-school right through to the time they graduate as successful adults.
The state-of-the-art, College will be built over several stages and will reach full capacity by 2022 with an expected student population of 1700. It will have architecturally designed learning spaces and cutting-edge technology. St Francis is the patron saint of ecology. As such, the College will be designed to be ecologically sustainable.
