Diocesan School Fee Management Policy

It is advisable that all parent/carers have knowledge of the Diocesan School Fee Management Policy, available at the bottom of this page under Links. A Frequently Asked Questions document is also provied to assist families with interpretation.


College Fee Information

College fees are invoiced at the beginning of the school year and the full balance of the fees are due 30 days after the invoice date unless you have submitted a ‘Request to Pay School Fees by Instalment’ linked here: Payment Instalment Form - Click here

The Instalment is NOT a direct debit. It is a formal advice to the College and the Catholic Education Office, Wollongong that your family wishes to access a flexible payment arrangement and pay the account over the school year rather than pay the account in full after 30 days. Once the instalment is in place you do not have to resubmit it again unless you wish to change the frequency of payment eg. From weekly to monthly.

Fee Statements will be emailed at the beginning of each month. Statements are emailed from the Accounts Dept of the Catholic Education Office, Wollongong (noreply@dow.catholic.edu.au). Please add this email to your contacts to ensure your fee statements are received to your In Box. If you do not receive your fee statement check your spam/junk first before contacting the College.

Fees can be paid via Bpay (preferred option) or via the COMPASS portal or by EFTPOS/Cash/Cheque at the College Office.
